RACE INFORMATION
The second stage of the 3-day Florida Xtreme C2C Triathlon, a 500K coast to coast triathlon across Florida! Stage #2 begins at Carney Island Recreation Area south of Ocala. Athletes will swim 2 miles, bike 74 miles, and then run 18.6 miles to finish at Camp Keystone in Starke, northeast of Gainesville.

DESCRIPTION: Stage #2 of the Florida Xtreme C2C Triathlon, a 3-day, 3 stage, 300+ mile, coast to coast triathlon across Florida. Also available for Single Stage Participation!
VENUES: Stage #2 begins at Carney Island Recreation Area south of Ocala, and ends near Gainesville, FL at Starke.
COURSE INFORMATION: Please note that all courses and distances are subject to change.
SWIM - A monitored 2 mile swim in crystal clear waters of Little Lake Weir. Athletes will swim two laps of a one mile course. Wetsuit use is permitted. The swim cutoff time is two hours after the official start of the race.
BIKE - The 72 mile bike course will utilize roads and paved trails. Athletes will bike from Carney Island Recreation Area south of Ocala to Camp Keystone in Starke, FL. Cyclists are required to follow all traffic laws during the the bike segment as most intersections will not be monitored.
RUN - The 30K, 18.6 mile run is a three lap course on paved roads and trails. Support will be offered and participants can also receive support from their team. The official cut-off time for the run is 10:00 pm.
