We are excited to announce that we have two hotels for pre-race accommodations.
The Holiday Inn Express - Crystal River, 1203 N.E. 5th Street Crystal River FL, 34428 is offering standard double rooms for $99 per night by calling the hotel directly at 352-563-1111 and requesting the Florida Xtreme Triathlon rate. They will have a limited free breakfast available at 5:30 a.m. on Friday. Room rates do not include local taxes. Our rate is valid through November 1, 2020.
The Plantation on Crystal River, 9301 Fort Island Trail, Crystal River, Florida 34429 is offering 15% off rates at the time you book your reservation, with rooms starting at $101.15 per night, depending on your room selection. We suggest arriving on Wednesday or early Thursday to relax and discover Citrus County You can swim with the manatees before the race!
END STAGE 1 - OCALA AREA
We finish Stage 1 on Friday, November 13th at Carney Island Preserve, near Ocklawaha. The closest hotels are about 25-28 minute drive. This year we'll return to Holiday Inn Express Silver Springs. In addition to being the best rate we could find, it's right along the Stage 2 bike course near mile 20. (There is a huge car convention in Ocala so we try to avoid that crowd.) END OF STAGE 2 - GAINESVILLE AREA
Stage #2 ends at Camp Keystone near Starke, Florida. This property will be both the stage and host for our lodging on Saturday, November 14th. There are no other hotels in the area. Camp Keystone hotel rooms offer you the comfort of resort accommodations with a camping theme. Each building consists of 11 rooms with two queen beds, and 1 room with one queen bed, that is ADA wheelchair accessible. All of these rooms have a full, private bath. Reservations for hotel rooms are $119 per night. Reservations can be made via contacting email@example.com with names of all who will be staying with you (up to 4 per room) along with e-mail for invoice/payment. Sommer Sports will invoice you via e-mail from Paypal for your $119 payment.
END OF STAGE 3 - FINISH - PALM COAST
When you finish the Florida Xtreme Triathlon on Sunday, you'll never want to leave Palm Coast and Flagler Beaches. Plan to stay in the area until at least noon on Monday and attend our Xtreme Post-Race Brunch and awards. We have 2 options for lodging after the race:
